Menjadi karyawan atau jadi boss-nya?

Sudah hampir seminggu ini saya tidak sempat menggunakan koneksi internet bahkan untuk hanya sekedar membuka blog saya sekalipun. Banyak ‘kesibukan’ yang harus saya kerjakan terutama yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan dan urusan keluarga. Beberapa target sudah dikerjakan, target yang lain masih menunggu didepan. Sabar, ulet, kerja keras dan pantang patah semangat itulah motto kalau seseorang ingin sukses (katanya sih ) Ada beberapa hal yang juga harus saya kerjakan diluar pekerjaan utama, namun semua ujung-ujungnya ya … mencari tambahan duit , bukan hanya sekedar duit tapi untuk mencari sesuatu yang kalau istri saya sering menyebut yaitu ‘untuk mencari sesuap nasi dan seonggok berlian’
Dari beberapa kesibukan yang sengaja saya geluti saya sekarang sudah mulai banyak belajar. Di kantor saya kerja ikut orang (maksudnya sebagai pegawai alias karyawan) yang harus taat dan patuh terhadap aturan yang ada. Namun di luar kantor saya kadang juga bisa berlaku sebagai ‘boss’ atau yang punya karyawan walaupun hanya memiliki beberapa gelintir karyawan saja. Namun hal ini yang bisa membuat saya kadang menjadi semangat, bagaimana tidak, kalau sudah pulang dari kantor saya bisa menyuruh, mengatur, memanggil dan bahkan ‘memarahi’ anak buah saya jika ada kesalahan Inilah hidup…yang menurut saya adalah sebuah seni bagaimana mengisi setiap detik dan waktu dengan hal-hal yang kita sukai dan kita senangi. Namun, semua harus dalam batas norma-norma yang ada.
Saat bisa mengatur, menyuruh dan ‘memarahi’ karyawan adalah sebuah hal ‘kenikmatan’ tersendiri yang mungkin tidak semua orang bisa alami (sombong nih ) tapi saat kita di posisi yang sama…yah namanya juga jadi karyawan
Ada sedikit hal yang mungkin bisa kita ambil dari tulisan saya ini, yaitu bagaimana kita bisa menjadi diri kita sendiri saat kita berada dalam posisi apapun. Jika kita menjadi karyawan maka tempatkanlah posisi kita menjadi seorang karyawan yang baik, taat dan patuh dari aturan yang sudah ditetapkan perusahaan. Namun saat kita menjadi ‘boss’ atau majikan, jadikan kita sebagai boss dan pimpinan yang baik, tidak asal menyuruh, mengatur dan memarahi karyawan seenaknya sendiri (seperti saya )
Lantas, bagaimana kalau kita disuruh memilih, enak jadi karyawan atau jadi boss-nya? Setiap orang pasti memilih enak jadi boss-nya … apakah anda mau?
