Teori 3B (Bakat, Balungan dan Bejo)
Beberapa teori mengenai entrepreneurship mungkin sudah banyak dikemukakan oleh para ahlinya dan sudah dituangkan ke dalam hak patent tulisan yang menjadi ciri dari teori yang dikemukakannya. Namun saya berusaha mengambil beberapa istilah yang mungkin bagi sebagian orang belum familiar dan akrab dengan istilah yang saya pakai ini, 3B. Apakah yang dimaksud dengan 3B? Mungkin anda sudah mengetahui bahkan mengerti istilah 3B yang melekat pada kepribadian seorang wanita (Beauty, Brain dan Behaviour), berbeda dengan teori 3B tersebut, disini saya akan mengemukakan teori 3B (Bakat, Balungan dan Bejo) yang akan kita gunakan sebagai tolak ukur untuk melakukan sebuah kegiatan dalam entrepreneurship. Memang teori saya ini belum teruji dan layak pakai, namun dari beberapa pengamatan dan penglihatan saya dapat dijelaskan mengenai acuan teori 3B ini.
1. Bakat adalah sesuatu kemampuan yang diberikan oleh Tuhan kepada manusia dan merupakan keahlian yang sudah ‘dilekatkan’ dan di ‘hak paten-kan’ kepada manusia. Bakat ini bisa suatu kemampuan yang beraneka ragam jenis dan macamnya tergantung dari apa yang Tuhan berikan kepada manusia. Kita tidak bisa memaksakan seseorang untuk mempunyai bakat ‘A’ kalau sebenarnya dalam dirinya muncul secara alami bakat ‘B’. Dalam kewirausahaan atau entrepreneurship, bakat sangat diperlukan bagi seseorang yang akan dan sedang menjalankan usaha bisnis. Seseorang yang mempunyai bakat ‘dagang’ misalnya, dia akan mempunya intuisi dan kemampuan berfikir dan bertindak lebih cepat dalam mengambil keptusan yang berhubungan dengan usaha atau gagasan bisnis yang dia lakukan. Lain halnya bagi seseorang yang tidak mempunyai bakat di bidang ini, walaupun akhirnya dia juga sukses dalam meniti karir usahanya, namun jika dibandingkan dengan seseorang yang memiliki bakat seperti yang pertama tadi, dia akan lebih banyak belajar dan fokus terhadap setiap permasalahan dan hambatan yang akan ‘mendukung’ terhadap setiap hasil kesuksesannya.
2. Balungan merupakan istilah jawa yang berarti merupakan suatu kemampuan dan keahlian yang telah diwariskan ataupun diturunkan dari orang tua kepada anaknya. Balungan lebih bersifat hal-hal yang menyerupai dan meniru dari apa yang telah dilakukan dan dialami orang tua, baik itu kesuksesan, keahlian, kepandaian dan semua hal yang pernah dimiliki dan dialami oleh orang tua akan diikuti atau ditirukan baik itu secara langsung maupun tidak langsung kepada anaknya. Memang ‘Balungan’ ini menurut saya hanyalah sebuah ‘perilaku’ seorang anak yang akan mengikuti dan mewarisi apa yang menjadi kemampuan dan keahlian dari orang tuanya, walaupun secara statistik belum ada yang pernah membenarkan teori ini. Namun bisa kita lihat sample atau contoh dari beberapa kehidupan seorang yang memiliki kemampuan tertentu tidak akan jauh dari kemampuan orang tuanya juga. Peribahasa jawa mengatakan ” KACANG ORA NINGGAL LANJARAN” yang artinya sebuah pohon kacang tidak akan hidup dan tumbuh jauh dari tempat hidupnya.
3. Bejo, lain Bakat dan Balungan lain pula ‘Bejo’. Bejo merupakan padanan kata Mujur atau beruntung. Secara filosofi istilah Bejo lebih identik terhadap sesuatu yang diterima oleh seseorang, dimana orang itu selalu mendapatkan keberuntungan dan kemujuran lebih dibandingkan dengan orang kebanyakan. Orang jawa bilang “wong pinter, wong cerdas, wong ngganteng, wong ayu kalahe mung karo wong Bejo”. Ya, artinya orang pandai, orang yang cerdas, orang tampan, dan orang yang cantik hanya bisa dikalahkan oleh orang yang beruntung. Sebenarnya teori ‘Bejo’ sendiri tidak banyak orang yang mengupas ataupun membahas lebih lanjut untuk dijadikan sebagai sebuah mahakarya penelitian yang mengupas tuntas kehidupan dan keberhasilan orang yang ‘bejo’. Bejo sendiri merupakan sesuatu hal yang menurut saya dapat terjadi kapan saja dan bisa diperoleh oleh siapa saja kapanpun dan dimanapun. Tapi tentunya kita juga heran dan dan akan tertegun bila suatu waktu melihat atau memperhatikan seseorang yang yang dari awal hidup sampai akhir hidupnya selalu dipenuhi dengan ‘kebejoan’. Bukankah kita sendiri juga sering mengalami faktor bejo itu dalam hidup kita? Namun apakah seperti itu lantas kita bisa disebut sebagai orang yang bejo? Bisa ya bisa tidak, namun tentunya faktor Bejo ini belum tentu akan berlaku bagi seseorang yang akan melakukan pekerjaan menjalankan sebuah usaha. Sebelum melakukan sesuatu pasti dalam benak kita juga akan bertanya-tanya, apakah saya termasuk orang yang ‘bejo’ yang nantinya akan sukses dan sesuai dengan apa yang kita harapkan dari usaha kita, ataukah kita akan gagal? Namun dari 1000 atau mungkin 1000000 orang pasti akan ada seseorang yang mendapatkan julukan sang Bejo, artinya dia merupakan sosok yang dalam melakukan apapun selalu disertai dengan kesuksesan dan keberhasilan. The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. Speaking of users, the Zune “Social” is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.
